what I reckon===
Using a music software called Blockheads I’ve made some music with no respect for time or tone. Blockheads doesn’t have a metronome or a grid or lots of the things you’d expect from modern music software so it feels like an even blanker canvas than starting a new project in Ableton or Logic. With no tonalnessness or time to keep everything feeling like music you are constantly toeing the line between gibberish noise and cool new ideas.
The improvisation is just me playing the organ with my feet and the saxophone with my hands. The feet aren’t doing much complicated work but it is still a coordination of all four limps and since the saxophone is in Eb the feet and the hands have to work in two different keys. Some little quotes from amazing grace sneak their way in.
